What You’ll Do
You’ll be the brains behind designing the systems and processes that keep our business running smoothly. Here’s what is expected of you to bring to the table:
Solution Architecture Expertise: You have a background in ERP, CRM, Data/BI Platforms, and System Integrations, with a knack for deriving Solution Architecture Designs from Business Processes and Functional/Technical specifications that prioritize efficiency and scalability. If you’ve been a Technical Product Owner for a platform or tool, that’s a plus.
Strategy: You can balance strategic vision with operational needs, keeping both short-term goals and long-term growth in sight.
Business-to-Tech Translator: You excel at turning business needs into functional specifications that Technical Product Owners can run with. You know how to structure requirements so they’re clear, actionable, and ready for the tech team to bring to life.
Big-Picture Mindset: You design with scalability and sustainability in mind, ensuring our systems can handle growth (and the occasional curveball) without missing a beat.

5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture, with proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
Hands-on experience with Business Systems such as Lead-to-Cash (L2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procurement, Logistics, and Inventory/WMS in platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
Strong background in designing and implementing solutions across: ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Data & integration platforms (e.g., middleware, DWH, MDM, BI tools).
Solid grasp of enterprise architecture principles across business, data, application, and technology layers.
Experience optimizing business processes and aligning technology with strategic objectives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you can translate “tech speak” into business impact.
Proven collaborator who works effectively across teams and disciplines.
A continuous learner who stays curious and current with emerging technologies and trends.
