Brumath

The Brumath agrivoltaic installation, with a capacity of 432 kWp, supplies electricity equivalent to 100 households. Commissioned in 2024 on a soil-free raspberry crop, the park was built in the municipality of Brumath in the Bas-Rhin department.

A five-year agronomic monitoring program is underway to characterize, analyze, and compare the production under the park's semi-transparent panels with that of the control area under plastic tunnels.

BayWa r.e. was responsible for the project development and construction and now manages the operation of the park on behalf of the owner.
