Blueberry
The Blueberry ground-mounted photovoltaic park has a capacity of 30 MWp and provides electricity for the equivalent of 7,700 homes. The solar park, commissioned in 2020, was built in the town of Châteauroux, on the former military site of La Martinerie.
A sheep breeder now maintains the park and beehives have been installed.
BayWa r.e. was responsible for the project development and construction and now manages the operation of the park on behalf of the owner.
